Thank you for using Days Lived. Here are answers to common questions. If you need more help, email info@skynova-ai.com and we will reply as soon as we can.
The day you were born is Day 1. Every new day adds one, at midnight in your iPhone's time zone. The number is the same whatever calendar your iPhone uses.
Yes. Open Settings in the app and change Birthday. All numbers and widgets update immediately.
Each row is one year of your life, starting on your birthday, and each dot is one week. You choose how many rows to draw in Settings. It is a canvas to fill, not a prediction.
Free, forever: your day number and the living sky, the heartbeat, sealing every day with a feeling and one line, your whole journal, the Life Tapestry, up to 5 milestones, one sealed letter to the future at a time, weekly films, a morning reminder, and two widget styles (Classic and Minimal).
Days Lived Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription). It adds photos of your days, the tapestry art styles and poster, the sky that follows the real weather, sun and moon, all 8 widget styles, month films without a mark, unlimited letters and milestones, smart reminders and accent colors.
You can try every Pro feature free for 3 days first. Nothing is charged and nothing renews. When the trial ends, everything you made (journal, letters, photos, films) stays yours and readable for free.
Touch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit or Customize, then add Days Lived. Classic and Minimal are free; the other six styles need Pro. To change a widget's style, touch and hold it and choose Edit Widget.
When you tap Save as video, the film is added to the iPhone Photos app (the first time, allow Days Lived to add photos). You can also tap Share your film to send it anywhere.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases, using the same Apple ID you bought with.
Yes, if you are signed in to iCloud (version 1.1 or later). Your journal, letters, milestones, photos, birthday and settings sync to your own private iCloud. Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Days Lived and give it a minute to bring your days back. You can check this in the app under Settings > iCloud & backup.
You can also tap Export a backup there to keep a backup file yourself (in Files, on a computer, anywhere), and Import a backup to restore it.
Purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your journal, letters and photos stay on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud. The developer cannot see them. See our Privacy Policy.
